Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full spectrum of psychiatric services, including comprehensive assessments and targeted treatments tailored to each individual.
- Collaborate seamlessly with non-physician providers to ensure holistic psychiatric care that addresses diverse patient needs.
- Spearhead the development and continual improvement of clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols, enhancing patient outcomes.
- Maintain availability by phone to support patients during your shifts and scheduled off-hours, ensuring continuous care and accessibility.
Qualifications and Skills
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialization in Psychiatry.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry, demonstrating a high level of expertise and commitment to the field.
- Hold a current Texas medical license in Psychiatry, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred, enhancing communication and care for our diverse patient population.
